Fusilli Rye Pasta
Pasta made with rye flour. A source of fiber.
Discover the productIngredients for 2 people:
- 180 gr of pasta with rye
- 1 lump of seitan
- 1 avocado
- Rucola to taste
- Tomatoes to taste
- a handful of olives
- juice of 1/3 lemon
- a pinch off salt and oil
Preparation:
While the water is boiling, prepare the avocado cream: blend in a mixer the avocado adding 1/3 of lemon, 1 tablespoon of evo oil and a pinch of salt. Cut the seitan into cubes and fry in an air fryer for 7 min at 200 degrees. Cook the dough with rye for 5 minutes, drain it, mix it with avocado cream, serve and season with rucola, olives, cherry tomatoes, seitan and a drizzle of oil.
