Legumé is a grain-shaped pasta made from red lentil flour and buckwheat flour. Rich in proteins and a source of fiber.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 300 g of Legumé
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed diced vegetables (carrot, celery, onion)
  • Zucchini
  • 1 bunch of Cherry Tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil, as needed
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 sprig of Thyme


Wash and cut the zucchini. Sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a tablespoon of mixed diced vegetables (carrot, celery, and onion), until they are tender. Meanwhile, cook the Legumé in plenty of salted water for 8 minutes. Thoroughly wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and season them with a little olive oil, salt, and a few thyme leaves. When the Legumé are ready, add them to the pan with the zucchini. Mix well to let the Legumé absorb the flavors, and finally add the cherry tomatoes. Serve the Legumé warm or cold.
