Penne Pasta with Buckwheat
Pasta made with Italian durum wheat semolina and whole buckwheat flour. A source of fiber.
Discover the productIngredients for 4 people:
- 375 gr pennette with buckwheat
- 200 g of tomato
- 200 gr of zucchini
- 200 g of shrimps
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- a pinch off salt and oil
Preparation:
While the water is boiling, cut the tomatoes in 4, sauté them a few minutes in the pan with oil and garlic. When they are soft add the shrimp and continue cooking on medium heat for a few minutes. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into cubes and cook at 200° for 7/8 minutes in an air fryer. Drain the MORO pasta after 7 minutes and mix it in a pan, with the vegetables and shrimp.
