- 50 g of olive oil
- 200 g of shrimp
- one onion
- 200 g of asparagus
- salt, pepper, and parsley
Preparation:
Clean the asparagus and boil the stems, sliced into rounds, along with the Fidelin in boiling salted water for 7 minutes. Meanwhile, in a pan with hot oil, sauté a finely chopped onion, add the shrimp, and finally add the asparagus tips. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the Fidelin, toss them in the pan, and garnish the dish with parsley.
