Fusilli Pasta with Buckwheat

Pasta made with Italian durum wheat semolina and whole buckwheat flour. A source of fiber.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 375 g Fusilli
  • 50 g oil
  • 80 g feta cheese or cream cheese
  • 100 g walnut kernels
  • some cherry, tomatoes, parsley


Boil the fusilli in salted water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the feta or cream cheese in a pan with oil and add the cherry tomatoes at the end. Drain the pasta and sauté in the pan, garnish with parsley and roughly chopped walnuts.
