Fusilli Rye Pasta
Pasta made with rye flour. A source of fiber.
Discover the productIngredients for 4 people:
- 350 g of 100% rye Moro fusilli
- 400 g of porcini mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 70 g of olive oil
- 10 g of parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Clean and slice the porcini mushrooms. While the water is boiling, sauté the whole garlic cloves in a pan, add the mushrooms, mix well, add the chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, and let it cook for 10 minutes. Boil the fusilli in salted water for 7 minutes, drain them, and add them to the pan with the mushrooms. Mix well and, if desired, add more chopped parsley. Grind some fresh pepper and serve.
