Legumé
Legumé is a grain-shaped pasta made from red lentil flour and buckwheat flour. Rich in proteins and a source of fiber.
Discover the productIngredients for 2 people:
For two 500ml jars:
- 120 gr of Legumé Moro
- half of a small onion
- one small carrot
- a piece of courgette
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 200 ml of water
- 2 spoonful of Raz el hanout or, if you prefer, Curry
- EVO oil as needed.
- Salt as needed.
Preparation:
In the two jars add a spoonful of EVO oil and spices each, then mince the onion and divide it between the two, put them in the microwave for 1and a half to 2 minutes at max power, dice the carrot, courgette and the tomatoes, put the vegetables in the jars, sprinkle with salt add 60 gr of Legumé and 100 ml of water in each, seal the jars and shake gently to mix the ingredients, cook in the microwave for 6 minutes at max power, let it cool for about 10 minutes. Carefully open the jars and savour your office lunch, healthy and simple.
