Fidelin Pasta with Buckwheat

Pasta made with Italian durum wheat semolina and whole buckwheat flour. A source of fiber.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 160 gr fidelin with buckwheat
  • 300 gr red and yellow dates
  • 120 gr of light feta cheese
  • 3 teaspoons basil pesto
  • a pinch off salt and oil

Preparation:

Cook the MORO Fidelin with buckwheat for only 7 minutes in slightly salted water, drain and add them directly to a pan with three teaspoons of basil pesto, the dates already washed and cut in half and with the feta cut into cubes. Add oil and salt to taste.
